UPDATE: Shipping & Tariffs
Your walls deserve zero hassle. Our wall prints remain tariff-free because they’re produced and shipped with local partners, meaning Canadian print orders are printed + shipped within Canada, U.S. print orders are printed + shipped within the U.S., and other regions ship from the nearest production partner. This keeps delivery quick and avoids surprise duties at the border.
Frames, pillowcases, and journals have been put on temporary pause for now. Remaining stock is available to Canadian customers only while supplies last. We’re watching tariff updates closely and will adjust as needed.
Bottom line: your prints continue to arrive fuss-free, and without extra fees or border drama.
FULFILLMENT TIME
All prints and decor are made-to-order and are typically printed, fulfilled and dispatched within 4-7 business days for prints and 7-21 business days for decor (pillowcases, journals, phone cases). High volume seasons (sales, holidays etc.) may experience fulfillment delays.
SHIPPING
All orders are made-to-order and require fulfillment time. You will receive a tracking number once shipped. Some orders may ship in multiple packages. We only offer one standard shipping speed. High volume seasons (sales, holidays etc.) may experience shipping delays.
Standard Shipping Time Guidelines*:
Canada: Prints 4–9 business days / Decor 7-21 business days
United States**: 4–9 business days / Decor 7-21 business days
UK & EU: 4–9 business days / Decor 7-21 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days / Decor 7-21 business days
Customs and Duty Fees can occur and are the responsible of the customer as customs policies vary widely for every country and are not in our control.
Note that some items like decor, frames and framed prints may only be available in certain region. This will be noted on individual product pages.
*Fulfillment & Shipping times are approximate and can vary due to high volume times (holidays) and other delays that we cannot forsee (production delays, courier-related delays, weather delays, a global pandemic etc.).
**Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take an additional 7-21 business days.
LOCAL TORONTO PICKUP
We now offer local pickup in downtown Toronto from our office space. Local pickup is only available for our prints currently (excludes pillow decor and journals at this time as the lead time for fulfillment is longer than prints). Please reach out to us at cs@thewallsnob.com for details.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY
At this time we do not offer exchanges or returns as all items are made-to-order. Exceptions as follows:
In the unlikely and unfortunate event your item(s) have arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we will gladly offer refunds or resend the correct item(s) within 15 days of the courier delivery confirmation date. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. Refunds will be made to the same method of payment, and takes up to 15 business days to process.
