FULFILLMENT TIME
All prints and decor are made-to-order and are typically printed, fulfilled and dispatched within 4-7 business days for prints and 7-21 business days for decor (pillowcases, journals, phone cases). High volume seasons (sales, holidays etc.) may experience fulfillment delays.
SHIPPING
All orders are made-to-order and require fulfillment time. You will receive a tracking number once shipped. Some orders may ship in multiple packages. We only offer one standard shipping speed. High volume seasons (sales, holidays etc.) may experience shipping delays.
Standard Shipping Time Guidelines*:
Canada: Prints 4–9 business days / Decor 7-21 business days
United States**: 4–9 business days / Decor 7-21 business days
UK & EU: 4–9 business days / Decor 7-21 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days / Decor 7-21 business days
Note that some items (like decor, frames and framed prints may only be available in certain region. This will be noted on individual product pages.

**Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take an additional 7-21 business days.
Customs and Duty Fees can occur and are the responsible of the customer as customs policies vary widely for every country and are not in our control.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY
In the unlikely and unfortunate event your item(s) have arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we will gladly offer refunds or resend the correct item(s) within 15 days of the delivery. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. Refunds will be made to the same method of payment, and takes up to 15 business days to process.
At this time we do not offer exchanges as all items are made-to-order.
